For those of you who are available to attend, we would like you to be on site by 9:30 am on Friday. The address is 1109 Provence Place, in the Provence gated area. The gate will be open for access. 

HFOT has provided the following information:

• The motorcycle Honor Guard will arrive at the Vintage Oaks sales center at 0900 hrs.

• The Honor Guard will conduct a briefing at 0915 hrs.

• Mario and his family will arrive at the sales center between 0915 and 0930 hrs.

• They will depart to Provence Place at 1000 hrs.

HFOT has hired a videographer who will have one of his guys participate in the escort and fly a drone to capture any flags, signs and participation from VOVets and the Provence neighbors.

We will have flags ready to hand out for everyone to wave as we support and welcome Mario and his family home. From what I've been told, the ceremony is expected to be low key, with a simple lowering of the HFOT banner and raising the colors. The keys will be handed over by the builder. However, I'm pretty sure we're gonna jump in with a few words, hand them a welcome basket and embrace them into our community.
